Over a 26-year career, Mr. Alberts has been involved in the design and implementation of high profile, large scale, sophisticated projects requiring rapid technology absorption, immediate acquisition of client processes, and exceptional interpersonal management skills. His unique experiences and skill set allow him to identify issues early in the process and take action to resolve them. Projects like the City of Chicago’s E911 ACD (Police and Fire Departments in the same call center or the first time), the State of Wisconsin’s BadgerNet network (2,000 sites statewide, 39 service providers, 250 High-Definition video users), and Peninsula Library System (San Mateo, CA) connecting 33 libraries within the county on a fiber-based, Layer 2 network.
